Welcome to the official digital platform of Immortal Churches of Christ Acts. By accessing this website, making a voluntary donation, downloading reports, registering for volunteer programs, or communicating with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, conditions, and disclaimers detailed below.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Donor", "Volunteer", or "Visitor") and Immortal Churches of Christ Acts ("Trust", "Organization", "we", or "us").
By accessing or using our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian authorization to make contributions or use this service.
- You possess the legal competence and capacity under Indian contract law (or your resident jurisdiction) to enter into binding agreements.
- All information you submit across our donation forms, volunteer applications, and contact requests is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
2. Mission & Scope of Platform Use
Immortal Churches of Christ Acts is a grassroots socio-spiritual Christian charitable trust founded upon the teachings of Jesus Christ and dedicated to uplifting the destitute, orphans, visually impaired, widows, and economically marginalized individuals across Andhra Pradesh and India.
This website is provided as an informational, charitable engagement, and benevolent contribution portal. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for personal, non-commercial, and philanthropic purposes in good faith.
3. Donations, Contributions & Tax Receipts
We deeply appreciate the kindness of benefactors who partner with our social causes. When contributing through our digital or offline banking channels, the following terms apply:
- Voluntary Contributions: All monetary donations made to Immortal Churches of Christ Acts are completely voluntary and given as unconditional charitable offerings to further our charitable welfare activities (or specific designated appeals like food distribution, hostels, child schooling, or healthcare).
- Lawful Source of Funds: The donor represents and warrants that all funds contributed are derived from legitimate, lawful, and legally compliant sources under applicable anti-money laundering and tax regulations.
- Donation Receipts: A digital transaction receipt detailing the donor name, date, contribution amount, and unique transaction ID is generated upon successful settlement and forwarded to the donor's provided email.
- Designated vs General Allocation: While we endeavor to allocate funds strictly to specific causes selected during checkout (e.g. Free Hostel for the Destitute), the Board of Trustees reserves discretionary flexibility to reallocate surplus funds to urgent emergency relief appeals when necessary.
- Anonymity: If you select the anonymous donor checkbox, your details will be protected from public display, but preserved in confidential financial ledgers for statutory audit compliance.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Donations
As a general rule under non-profit jurisprudence, donations once made are non-refundable and non-cancellable, as funds are swiftly deployed to purchase groceries, medical supplies, scholastic books, or shelter upkeep for vulnerable beneficiaries.
However, we acknowledge that inadvertent errors can occur. We will examine refund requests under the following strictly defined conditions:
If due to a technical glitch, slow internet, or gateway error, your bank account or UPI handle was debited more than once for a single intended contribution, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
If an inadvertent typographical error occurred (e.g., entered ₹10,000 instead of ₹1,000), you must notify us in writing within 3 calendar days of the transaction with proof of debit.
Refund Request Procedure:
- Send an email to info@immortalchurches.org with the subject line "Donation Refund Request - [Transaction ID]".
- Attach bank debit confirmation, date/time stamp, and the transaction reference number.
- Our finance committee will verify the transaction within 3 to 5 business days. Verified refunds will be credited back strictly to the original source account/card/UPI within 7 to 10 banking days, subject to standard banking processing timelines.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Usage
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to texts, logos, brand emblems, photographs, field gallery images, audio recordings, video testimonials, reports, graphics, and source code, are the intellectual property of Immortal Churches of Christ Acts or used with lawful permission.
- Restrictions on Commercial Exploitation: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or exploit any photographs, beneficiary narratives, or organizational trademarks for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the Board of Trustees.
